a.We accept a variety of payment methods, including major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) as of now.  We will be adding some other options soon. 

a.You can add a discount code during the checkout process. Enter your code in the designated field and click "Apply" to see the discount reflected in your total.

a.If you receive a damaged item, please contact our customer support team at hello@flowlife.us within 7 days of receiving your order. We'll arrange for a refund or replacement.

a.Unfortunately, we do not offer sample sizes for our products.  We do, however, offer tastings at events for our local customers.  Please watch your email or social media for our next event. 

a.No modifications are available for online orders. 

a.Once an order has been placed, you cannot return or exchange. 

a.To get 10% off your first order, sign up for our newsletter on our website. You'll receive a welcome email with a discount code that you can use at checkout.

a.Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on our website or through the carrier's website.

a.If you receive the wrong product, please contact our customer support team at hello@flowlife.us within 7 days of receiving your order. We'll arrange for the correct item to be sent to you and provide instructions for returning the incorrect product.
